The Immigration Amendment Bill 8 of 2024 was tabled in Parliament. A notice in the Government Gazette was published announcing the commencement of the Land Court Act 6 of 2023 on 5 April 2024, with the exception of section 37 and items 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 of the Schedule (RProc162 GG 50448 p3 Apr2024).
